Melissa Simpson

Of Counsel Attorney with a focus on family law and estate planning.

Melissa completed her undergraduate work at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998.

Melissa ​began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. Since then she has worked for a major legal research corporation, as well as in private practice and with a large firm. She has experience in general civil litigation matters, including, but not limited to: real estate, landlord/tenant, contracts, property line disputes, wills, and Deceptive Trade Practice Act matters.

In 2023 Melissa expanded her practice to include mediation services.
