Philip began his career at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting over 70 jury trials and honing his trial skills. He then moved into insurance defense and commercial litigation, gaining extensive experience in depositions, complex motions, and jury trials across Texas. Philip’s diverse background provides a robust foundation for his practice in civil litigation and family law.

Nick is a Litigation Attorney specializing in civil litigation, real estate, contract law, and family law. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1994. Since founding his own law firm in 1995, Nick has gained extensive experience in real estate transactions, title, and litigation. He has also represented clients in family law, commercial real estate, personal injury, and criminal matters. A South Texas College of Law graduate, he began his career as an Associate at the Sadler Law Firm in Houston, Texas, where he gained valuable experience in real property, oil and gas, and property rights. Duncan later transitioned to his own practice, focusing on real estate, landlord/tenant issues, and property disputes, further honing his expertise in estate planning and probate.

Melissa, an Of Counsel Attorney, focuses on family law and estate planning. She completed her undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998. Melissa began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Collin County District Attorney’s Office and has since gained extensive experience in general civil litigation, including real estate, landlord/tenant, contracts, property line disputes, wills, and Deceptive Trade Practice Act matters. In 2023, she expanded her practice to include mediation services, bringing a comprehensive approach to her clients’ legal needs.
